He was standing there waiting for the taxi while cleaning his sweat from the hand kerchief he kept in his pocket.  He was unaware of the drought and weather condition and his dressing was totally inappropriate for this season. He was thinking of his time before coming to this place and by that time a taxi stopped by to pick him up. He was releaved by seeing it.
