The temperature at 5:00 AM was 62°F. The temperature decreased at a constant rate of 2° every hour until 11:00 AM.
a) Write an equation that models t, temperature as a function of h, the number of hours.
b) Make a table for 5 am to 11 am
c) Is this a continuous or discrete function?
d) What is the domain for this function?
e) What is the range for this function?

As the temperature is decreaing at a rate of 2° per hour the equation can be written as above.

At different time you can put the no. of hours after 5am and get the value of temperature

Here h tell the domain of function therefore minimum hours from 5am to maximum hours till 11am will be it's values . which are shown above.

Here t which is temperature tells the range of the function which will be considered as the values of temperature 5am to11am which is shown above

Hope you will understand my solution
