New rate of reaction will be \dfrac{15}{7} times initial .

Temperature coefficient is 3 .

Change in temperature is 25° .

We know temperature coefficient is given as :

\mu=\dfrac{k'(t+10)}{kt}

Here ,  k is rate of reaction in initial temperature and k' is rate of reaction in final temperature .

Putting all the value in above equation .

3=\dfrac{k'(25+10)}{25k}\\\\k'=\dfrac{15}{7}k

Hence , this is the required solution .
