Answer:

The answer is 24 °F .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given data:

The temperature at 7:00 A.M (T1)=  -3°F

The temperature at 11:00 A.M (T2) = 21 °F

Solution:

Find the difference in temperature.

Difference in temperature = Final temperature - Initial temperature

                                         = T2 - T1

                                         = 21 °F - (-3°F)

                                         =  24 °F

Now convert it into celcius.

Formula

(°F − 32) × 5/9 = 0°C

(24°F - 32) X 5/9 = °C

(-8) X 0.5

-4.4 = °C

Thus in degree celcius the temperature is -4.44 °C
