The temperature of a body rises from 80 °C to 90 °C. what is the rise in temperature in Fahrenheit?

Answer:

The answer is 1.8 F

Because we know that Celsius scale has 100 divisions and Fahrenheit scale has 180 divisions at the same temperature difference.

So , 100 divisions of a Celsius scale =180 divisions of Fahrenheit scale

i.e. 1 division of celcious scale =180/100 divisions of Fahrenheit scale=1.8 divisions of Fahrenheit scale
