the temperature of a hot iron rod is 250 degree celsius .Every minute,the temperature drops down by 10 degree celsius. What will be the temperature of the iron rod after 12 minutes

If the temp of the rod decreases by 10 degree C every minute, we can assume that by 12 minutes, the temp of the rod will have decreased by 12 X 10 = 120 degree Celsius.
Then, we simply subtract 120 from 250, which gives us 130 degree C.
