Given:

Temperature before heating = 25⁰C

Temperature after heating = 300K

To find:

Difference in temperatures

Solution:

Firstly, convert  temperature in ⁰C into K, formula used is-

           T(K) = 273 + T(⁰C)

here, T(K) = temperature in K

         T(⁰C) = temperature in ⁰C

so, we can convert 25⁰C.

   T(K) = 273 + 25

  T(K) =  298K

Now,

   T₁ = 298K

here, T₁ = temperature before heating

  T₂ = 300K

here, T₂ = temperature after heating

therefore, temperature difference is-

 Temperature difference = Temperature after heating - Temperature before

                                                                                                heating

Temperature difference = T₂ - T₁

                                         = 300K - 298K

                                         =  2K

So, the temperature difference is 2K.
