The temperature of water is never 100 degrees Celsius in lakes, sea, rivers. Then how does it change to vapours? (class 9)

Water changes into vapour due to the process of evaporation. Evaporation is a surface phenomenon as in this process water absorbs heat of its surround and change into vapour . water changes into water vapour due to a phenomenon called evapouration.
