Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

Temperature difference = +7 °F

● Explanation -

Initially temp was 87 °F. It went down by 10 °F

T' = T - 10

T' = 87 - 10

T' = 77 °F

Later it went up by 17 °F.

T" = T' + 17

T" = 77 + 17

T" = 94 °F

Actual difference in temp is -

∆T = T" - T

∆T = 94 - 87

∆T = +7 °F

Therefore, temperature difference is 7 °F.

Thanks dear...
