Step-by-step explanation:

11 degrees Celsius at 5 am

Falls by 3 degree at 6 am = 11 - 3 = 8 degrees Celsius

Increased by 5 degrees at 10 am = 8 + 5 = 13 degrees Celsius

Again, decreased by 2 degree at 4 pm = 13 - 2 = 11 degrees Celsius

The final temperature is 11 degrees Celsius
