Let the digit in tens place be x and the digit in ones place be 2x .

  ➤ Original Number = 10x + 2x = 12x

  ➤ Reversed Number = 20x + x = 21x

According to the question ,

          \hookrightarrow \sf 10x+2x+36 = 20x+x\\\\\hookrightarrow 12x+36 = 21x\\\\\hookrightarrow 21x-12x = 36 \\\\\hookrightarrow 9x = 36\\\\\hookrightarrow \bf x= 4

➭ Original Number = 48
