The tendrils of plants always starts their movement from a straight position and it may be said that those plants always respond more in their lower part than the upper part. The two most famous examples of such plants include GRAPEVINE and PEA PLANT. The actual fact is that if the plant cannot be able to get a permanent mechanical support from both sides (parts) then the plant cannot be able to survive. So, its very important for the tendrils of plants to grow along with/towards a support.
