Answer:

let the number on tens place be x and units place be y

so the originol number is 10x+y

y+4=x

x-y=4  [1]

x+y=10 [2]

by adding 1 and 2 , we get

2x=14

so x=7

by puting the value of x in 1 , we get

y=3

so the number is 10*7+3=73

answer is 73
