The tens digit of a two digit number exceeds its units by 6. the number itself is 10 times the sum of its digits. Find the number​

Here is your Answer

Let the number is 10y+x where x is the unit digit and y is the ten's digit. Then by the given question,

y=x+6 -------------(1) and

10y+x=10(x+y)

or, 10y+x=10x+10y

or, x-10x=0

or, x=0

 ∴, y=0+6

or, y=6

∴, the given number is 

10×6+0=60
