The tens digit of a two-digit number is 4 times the digit at one place . If the digit are reserved and the resultant number is added to the original number, then the sum is 110 . Find the original number

So, Original Number = 10×4x+x = 40x+x = 41x

and Reversed Number = 10×x+4x = 14x

So, 41x+14x = 110

=> 55x = 110
