Explanation: In order to copy the data in a permanent or temporary location, in MS word, Ctrl + C can be used. The term copying of data referred to duplication of the data segment of a particular given document and placing it in temporary buffer for some times. This buffer can be referred as a clip board. The term copying is completely different from the term Cutting. The term Cut can be used for referring removal of the section of the data segment and placing into some other desired place.
