Answer:

False

Explanation:

The Thar Desert covers a state of Raipur the given statement is false because the Thar Desert, also known as the Great Indian Desert, is a large arid or a open  region in the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent that covers an area of 200,000 km² which forms a  natural boundary between India and Pakistan. In the world it is the  17th largest desert, and the world's 9th largest subtropical desert.

It covers the area of the state Rajasthan. The 85% of desert is in India where as the remaining 15% is in Pakistan.
