Answer:

Arrange the number in ascending order:

145, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 155, 160

There are 8 terms.

So Median is the mean of the 4th and 5th term.

Median = (150+151)/2 = 150.5

Arrange data in ascending order or descending order. Here, we are arranging data in ascending order:

145, 148, 149,\red{\underbrace{\underline{\textsf{\textbf{\purple{150, 151}}}}}},152, 155, 160 \\   \sf \: Two \: middle \: most \: observations

\footnotesize\bold{\underline{\underline{\sf{\red{Therefore:-}}}}}\\\\

 \sf Median =  \dfrac{Sum \: of \: two \: middle \: most \: observations}{2}  \\  \\ \sf Median =  \dfrac{150 + 151}{2}  \\  \\ \sf Median =   \cancel\dfrac{301}{2}  \\  \\ \sf Median =  \boxed{ \bf \red{150.5 \: cm}} \:  \bigstar
