$V = \pi h ( r^{2} _{o} - r^{2} _{i}) =11,435.397 cm^{3}$

where,

$r _{i}$= inner radius =14 -2 =12 cm

$r_{o}$=  outer radius = 14 cm

Weight of cylinder = 8* 11435.397/1000= 91.483 g
