                                     x   = x/3 + (x/2 + 5 )+ 4

                                      x  = x/3  + x/2 + 5 + 4

                                      x  = $\frac{x}{3} +\frac{x}{2} +\frac{5}{1} +\frac{4}{1}$

                                      x  = $\frac{2x +3x + 5* 6 + 4* 6}{6}$

                                      x  = $\frac{2x + 3x + 30 + 24}{6}$

                                6 * x  = 2x + 3x + 30+ 24

                                     6x = 5x + 54

                              6x - 5x = 54

                                        x = 54

x = number of deer = 54
