The three "c"-s of interpreting non-verbal cues are:

i) Context

ii) Cluster

iii) Change

Cues are actually a kind of signal by which 2 or more can communicate without saying a word(non-verbal). There are many more examples of cues rather than these three. But these are the very basic of all.
