Let the first consecutive even number be x
Second consecutive even number be x + 2
Third consecutive even number be x + 4

=> x+x+2+x+4 = 186
=> 3x+6 = 186
=> 3x = 186 - 6
=> 3x = 180
=> x = 60


Therefore,
First consecutive even number = x = 60
Second consecutive even number = x+2 = 60+2 = 62
Third consecutive even number = x+4 = 60+4 = 64


Answer : The three consecutive even number = 60, 62 and 64

                LET THE UNKNOWN NUMBERS BE `x`.

              THEN THE SEQUENCE IS x-2+x+x+2 WHICH IS EQUAL TO 186

                 x-2+x+x+2=186

              -2 AND +2 GETS CANCELLED

                    THEN,3x=186

                          x=186/3

                           x=62

                      SUBSTITUTE x=62 IN THE SEQUENCE;

             x-2=62-2=60;x=62;x=2=62+2=64

                       60+62+64=186
