Let A be (3,4), B be (-2,3), C be (-3,-2) & D be (x,y)

A, B, C, D are consecutive, so let E be the point of intersection of diagonals, therefore mid-point of A & C.

E = ((3-3)/2), ((4-2)/2)

E = (0,1)

E is also mid-point of B & D,

0 = (-2+x)/2

x = 2

1 = (3+y)/2

y = -1

Therefore, fourth vertex is (2,-1)
