UNION LIST
Union list consists of 97 subjects.It includes subjects of national importance such as banking, currency and defense of the country.

STATE LIST
State list consists of 66 subjects.It includes subjects of state and local importance such as trade, police, agriculture,etc...

CONCURRENT LIST
Concurrent list consists of 47 subjects.It includes subjects of common interest to both Union and State list such as education, forest, marriage, adoption,etc...
