The three things needed for the fire is Heat, fuel, oxygen

Here laser when focused on the paper it burns/ creates fire
so here no fuel is used ,but why it creates fire??????????

the reason laser can burn is that the laser is well collimated , can be focused on a much smaller point and contain current when current flow it produces heat that's why the paper burn......
