By Using Mid Point Formula;

We will find out the mid point of A and C.

We know that for a parallelogram the midpoints of diagonals are same so again we will apply midpoint formula on B an D by putting the value of mid point which we got from the A and C. We will get the value of vertex D as (-2 , 1).

And for the Area we will apply the Formula of Area of Parallelogram.
