Time always has almost everyone's attention. Why? People do things in accordance with what time it is: ever played outdoors at midnight? Probably not. Many don't bother about time but later they end up realising how foolish they were to not understand its importance. Many are aware of how important time is: they make the most of it. Yet many others don't. So, it has always had and will continue to have its own attention.
