When the pendulum is taken to the moon, the value of 'g' will decrease and hence time period will increase. As the pendulum takes more time to complete one vibration, it will lose time.

Time period of a simple pendulum is given by the formula

T=2pi√L/g

This equation clearly shows that time period and g are in inverse relationship. Also the gravitational acceleration g of the moon is smaller as compared to on earth i.e. 1/6 as compared to earth

So, if g decreases it means that T(time period) will increases and the pendulum will start moving slowly when is taken to moon........
