here To produce one mole of H2 gas, two moles of electrons is required.

so, for 0.2 mole of H2 gas, 0.4 mole of

electrons will be required.

now charges of 0.4 moles of electrons= 0.4 x 6.023 x 10²³ x 1.6 × 100-19 C =3.85472 × 10⁴C

now using formula,

current = charge / time

2 A= 3.85472 x 10⁴C/time

time = 3.85472/2 x 10⁴ sec

=19273.6/60 minutes

=321.27 minutes
