The time, T (seconds) it takes for a pot of water to boil is inversely proportional to the cooker setting, H, applied to the pot. When H=7.5, T=240. What must the cooker setting be if it takes 3 minutes to boil the water?

if it is inversely proportion than x1y1=x2y2

time in minute will be =240/60=4 minutes

 4 min =7.5

 3 min =

=(4*7.5)/3=10

=h =10
