radius=1.5× 10^{11}
hence,
 circumference=2*3.14*1.5*10^11
 time=3.156*10^7

speed= circumference/time
v= \frac{3*3.14*10^11}{3.156*10^7}

Since it won't make any big a difference, let us cancel out 3.14 and 3.156
now,
 v=3*10^4 m/s
