Answer:

Let the speed while going be x km/h.

Speed while returning = (x+10) km/h

According to question,

 \frac{150}{x}  -  \frac{150}{x + 10}  =  \frac{5}{2}  \\  \\ x {}^{2}  + 10x - 60 = 0 \\  \\ (x + 30)(x - 20) \\  \\ x = 2 \: or \: x =  - 30

Speed while going = 20 km/h and speed while returning= 20+ 10= 30 km/h.
