Circumference covered by the clock iscircumference = velocity * time = 10.5 m/s * 60 secs = 630 m
The tip of the second's hand will cover the circumference., that is  = 2πr =2×22/7× radius
2×22/7× radius = 630 mradius  = 100.227 m
