Answer:

The total are of a table top is

Length = 2m 25 cm

Breadth= 120 cm

Area = 225* 120

=27000cm^2

Area in square meters = 27000/100

270m^2

Length of carpet = 3075 cm

Breadth of carpet= 80 cm

Area of carpet = 3075 × 80

=246000 cm ^2

Cost oe carpet per meter square

= 2460×150

=369000 rupees

Answer:

  • area of table= l × b

= 225×120 cm^2

= 27000 cm^2

= 2.7 m^2

area of carpet = l × b

= 3075×80 cm^2

= 246000 cm^2

= 24.6 m^2

if cost of 1m^2 = ₹150

so,

cost of 246m^2= ₹ (150×24.6)

= ₹ 3690
