Answer: cost of chair = 355

Cost of table = 430

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the cost of chair be = x

Then the cost of two chairs be = 2x

Cost of table = 75 more than cost of chair

Cost of table = x+75

Cost of three tables = 3(x+75) = 3x+225

According to the question.

2x +(3x+75)= 1850

2x+3x+75=1850

5x +75=1850

5x = 1850-75

5x = 1775

x = 1775/5

x = 355

Cost of 1 chair = x = rs 355

Cost of 1 table = x+75 = 355+75 = 430
