The cost of cultivating per Sq m = Rs 15

Total Cost of cultivation of land = Rs 18330

Area of land =

Total cost of cultivation/Cost of cultivation per m sq

Area =

 \frac{18330}{15}  \:  {m}^{2}  \\  \\  = 1222 \:  {m}^{2}

Given, Breadth (b) = 26 m

Area = l × b

1222 = l × 26

l \:  =  \frac{1222}{26}  \: m \\  \\ l = 47 \: m

Perimeter = 2 (l+b)

= 2 (26+47)

= 2 (73)

= 146 m

Cost of fencing of 1 m= Rs 20

Total cost of fencing the field =

Perimeter × cost per m

= 20 × 146

= Rs 2920
