Given :
The total cost of flooring a room at Rs 80.50 /m² is Rs 4830.

Length of the room = 8 m

Find the area of floor of the room :-

Area = Total Cost / Rate
= 4830 / 80.50 m
= 60 m

Find the breadth of the room :-

Area of rectangle = (Length × Breadth) sq. units
=> 60 = (8 × Breadth)
=> Breadth = 60/8 = 7.5

Hence,
Breadth of the Room = 7.5 m

Given -

Cost of Flooring a room at ₹ 80.50 per sq. m. is ₹4830.

Lenght = 8 m

To find its Breadth :-

We know that ,

Area = Sum of total Amount / Rate.

=> ₹4830/₹80.50

=> 60 m

Now ,

Area of Rectangle = ( L × B )

=> 60 = ( 8 × B )

=> B = 60/8 = 7.5

Therefore,

The breadth of the Room = 7.5 m
