we put it value in given formula

$33957 = 7 \times ( \frac{4}{3} ) \times( \frac{22}{7} )(r {}^{3} ) \\ {r}^{3 } = \frac{(33957 \times 3 \times 7)}{(7 \times 4 \times 22)} \\ = \frac{441 \times 21}{8} \\ = ( { \frac{21}{2}) }^{3} \\ = 10.5 \\ then \: r \: = 10.5$
