Answer:

The Cost of Fan = 609.6 rupees

The Cost of Almirah = 2538.6 Rupees

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's suppose,

Cost of fan = y

Cost of Almirah = x

Given that, The total cost of two almirahs and four table  fans is 7,516 rupees

Thus, 2x+4y=7516.

Also, The cost of the almirah is 1929  more than that of the fan.

Thus x=1929+y.

Substitute x value in 2x+4y=7516 equation.

∴ 2(1929+y) + 4y = 7516

3858+2y+4y = 7516

3858+6y = 7516

⇒6y = 7516-3858

        = 3658

⇒y = 3658/6= 609.6

∴ The value of y = 609.6 rupees

And substitute this y value in the equation x=1929+y

∴ x = 1929 + 609.6 = 2538.6 Rupees.

Hence, The cost of one fan is 609.6 rupees and the cost of one almirah is 2538.6 rupees
