energy of SHM is given by \frac{1}{2}mω²A²

∴ 0.2= (0.1)(\frac{1}{2})ω²A²

 ω²A²=4

 ωA=2----(1)

speed of SHM is given by v = ω\sqrt{A^{2}-x^{2}  }

 ∴ max speed= ωA when x=0;

     max speed=2ms^{-1}
