so, x + 5y = 780g

     x + 6y = 912g

by elimination method,

(x-x) + (5y - 6y) = 780 - 912

-y = -132

y = 132

therefore, the mass of 5 cherries and 6 strawberries is 132

mass of 1 strawberry = 132 / 5 - 132/6 = 26.4 - 22 =  4.4g
