Explanation:

Molar mass of C12H22O11 ( sucrose) = 342 g

Number of moles in 3.42 g = 3.42 / 342 = 1 × 10^-2

Number of hydrogen atoms in one molecule of sucrose = 22

Number of hydrogen atoms in 3.42 g of sucrose = 1 × 10^-2 × 6.023 × 10^23 × 22

= 1.3256 × 10^23 hydrogen atoms

hey buddy here is your answer

as we know the formula for sucrose is C12H22O11

then molecular formula for C12H22O11 = 12(12) + 1(22) + 16(11)

                                                                 = 144 + 22 + 176

                                                                 = 342 u

Then moles in 3.42 gm of sucrose = 3.42/342 = 0.01 moles

then number of atoms = 0.01 * 6.022 * 10^23

                                     =6.022 x10^21

Hope it helps
