Concept Understanding :-

• Cube is a three dimensional solid object which contain 6 faces , 12 edges and 8 vertices.

• All sides of cube is equal.

• CSA stands for curved surface area and it's includes only curved part area of the given object

• TSA stands for Total surface area and it's includes curved + base part of the given object.

• Volume is the amount of space occupied by a object or you can say holding capacity of the object.

Given :-

• The total surface area = 3840m^2

To Find :-

• The side of the cube

• The volume of the cube

Solution :-

Here,

TSA = 3840m^2

As we know that,

TSA of Cube = 6a^2

Put the required values,

3840m^2 = 6a^2

a^2 = 3840/6

a^2 = 640

a = √640 = 25.2m

Now,

As we know that,

The volume of cube = a^3

Put the required values,

Volume of cube = 25.2 * 25.2 * 25.2

Volume of cube = 16003.008m^3

Hence,

The one side of cube is 25.2m and it's volume is 16003.008m^3 .

Formulas keep in mind :-

CSA of cube = 4a^2

TSA of cube = 6 a^2

Volunme of cube = a^3
