slant height = 2l
Therefore TSA = 22/7 × r/2 ( r/2 + 2l)
11/7 × r × (r+4l)/2
( 11r^2 × 44rl)14

Radius (r)=r/2     &  slant height=2l                             
TSA (S)=PIE R (l+r)
               =22/7×r/2(2l+r/2)
                 =11/7×r(2l+r/2)
