To find the lateral surface area of the cuboid, we need to add the area of each lateral side. 

Two sides will have the dimensions b and h. 

Other two sides will have the dimensions, land h.

Each wall is in the shape of a rectangle. 

Hence, Lateral surface area of the cuboid =2(b×h)+2(l×h)=2(l+b)h
