We know,total surface area of a hemisphere =

3 {\pi}^{2}

So ,total surface area of a hemisphere =1039.5

=>

3 {\pi}^{2}  = 1039.5

=>3×22/7 ×

 {r}^{2} =1039.5

r^2=110.25

=> r=10.5

therefore Diameter of the hemisphere =10.5×2=21cm
