Given:

The total surface area of a right circular cone is 3300cm²

The radius of its base is 21cm

To Find:

The slant height.

Solution:

The total surface area of a right circular cone is πr(l+r)

Where,

r is the radius

l is the slant height

According to question

The total surface area of a right circular cone = 3300cm²

⇒π×r×(l+r) = 3300

⇒π×21×(21+l) = 3300

⇒(22/7)×21×(21+l) = 3300

⇒21+l = 50

⇒ l = 29

Hence, the slant height of the circular cone is 29 cm.
