Let radius of cylinder be r and height be h.
r+h=10 m

Total surface area of cylinder=264 m²
2πr(r+h)=264
2*(22/7)*r*(10)=264
r=4.2 m

4.2+h=10
h=5.8 m

Height of cylinder is 5.8.
