Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

it is given that h=4+r

it is also given that TSA=96π

2πr(r+h)=96π

2r(4+r+r)=96

2r(4+2r)=96

4r+2r²=96/2=48

2r²+4r-48=0

r²+2r-24=0

r²+6r-4r-24=0

r(r+6) -4(r+6)=0

(r+6)(r-4)=0

⇒r= -6,4

but radius cannot be negative of r=4 cm

h=r+4=4+4=8 cm

volume of cylinder =πr²h

                               =22/7 * 4²*8

                               =22*16*8/7

                               =2816/7

                               =402.28cm³

hope this helps you!!!!
