The question is wrong because total surface area is equal to curved surface area

TSA of cylinder = 2 pi r(h+r)
231 = 2 × 22/7 r(h+r)
231×7/2×22 = r(h+r)
Since CSA of cylinder is 2/3 of TSA
CSA = 2/3 ×231
2 pi r h = 2×77
rh = 77×7÷22
rh= 24.5 cm
so 147÷4 = rh+r^2
147÷4 - 24.5 =r^2
36.75 - 24.5 =r^2
r^2 = 12.25
r=3.5cm
Since rh=24.5
3.5×h=24.5
h = 24.5/3.5
h=7cm
thats ur answer
